The Lake Revelstoke Dragon Boat Society is a group of about sixty paddlers and supporters based in Revelstoke, British Columbia. We paddle on Lake Revelstoke, which is the reservoir above the Revelstoke Dam. Our society was founded in 2005 and we bought our boat and set up our first co-ed team, the Dam Survivors, in the summer of 2006.

Our 2011 Season
We paddle on Monday and Thursday evenings, at Martha Creek Provincial Campground.
We meet behind the Frontier Restaurant at the junction of Highway 23 North and the TransCanada Highway, where the U-Haul trailers are parked. We leave for Martha Creek at 6:30 p.m. sharp. We are generally back at the cars before 8:30 p.m. (times will change as the summer progresses).
New paddlers are welcome early in the season – later in the summer our pace picks up, join us if you dare! If you are interested in joining our team, please call Ginger or Elmer Shoji at 250-837-4129.
You don’t have to be a cancer survivor
The mandate of our group is to support people dealing with cancer, but you don’t have to be a survivor to be part of our team.
